Periodic Classic

"Periodic Classic"

The city's colors change dizzyingly
People walk at a fast pace.
Everyone's chasing time,
But I think I'll stay here for a bit more,
Until I've seen it all.

Become numb to it all;
Wear away this ruined body;
As the shape and form continues to change
And flow on, I'll trust my heart.
Cut it all open.

A new morning and an old melody
Swallowed up by human refuse Footprints fade away.

A flock of playing children;
Time flows on, free of bonds.
If you follow along, always at this same point
Another person's body will be erased,
Letting forth a cry.

A once-seen morning and a repeating melody
Swallowed up by human refuse Footprints fade away.

Everything, like a solid white fog,
is floating and disappears.

White Melody
