Kojima Minoru replaced Toru XXX on the recent Mad UK tour.
Maybe "replaced" isn't quite the right term. Back in the late 80s he went by the nickname Murohime Shin, and created the Mad Capsule Markets with Takeshi and Kyono. He left the band after recording their debut album Humanity, but has reappeared recently on 010, recording much of the guitar work. He has also appeared on stage off and on over the years with Mad, during special events or when Toru XXX was busy with his project Undown (which is about to go on tour).
There's been a long-standing question in the minds of Mad fans about why Toru XXX isn't an official member, and whether Shin will ever return permanently.
