Tsukiji : The Fish Market at the Center of the World (California Studies in Food and Culture)
I love Bestor's other work, and this is a great topic, so I've been looking forward to reading this. It's pretty thick though, and I no longer have an hour or two per day on the bus to waste. This might take awhile.
