Seattle Clock Walk

I found it! I've had this clock on my list for at least six years, and I finally found it!
It's at Java Jazz Espresso in the Interbay area of Seattle, Washington. The business is in a floating island of businesses just off the south end of the 15th Avenue Bridge which leads to Ballard.
Now I need to revisit the other three clocks which I had dismissed as foul apparitions. Are there really clocks at Discovery Park, Fisher Plaza, and Aurora and 84th?
