Hit by a truck in 2006. The owner extorted their insurance company, and then illegally sold it to a private collector, ignoring all historic preservation laws in Seattle. Now it sits in a back room, repaired, waiting to be sold for a price beyond its value. To me, unless it arrives back in Seattle it is dead. I will haunt any future owner of this clock.
